The breakfast is the same every day, I vomited after eating, and the sheets and bed were dusty. When my friend picked me up to go to the hotel in the UK, when I checked the hotel's hygiene, I saw hair and dust on the bed. I wanted to complain at the first time, but my friend said Forget it, it doesn't make sense. The second day and the third day are still the same, I'm about to go crazy, after I reported to Trip.com customer service, the hotel staff came up and brought me a towel and it's all over 😰

We stayed with 3 children whilst visiting legoland, hotel and staff were lovely. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Our room was a great size for the 5 of us and the beds were comfortable.

The unrefurbished rooms are very dated and old - a shame when you know there are nicer rooms in the hotel that really elevate your experinece. Noise seems to travel when you’re in the rooms, not at night but in the morning and afternoon if feels like you can hear every conversation going

Having stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions prior to this one. We have been generally happy in the past, but this stay was a disappoin**ent.
We stayed for three nights and had very poor sleep due to noise from other clients, having a dreadful row at 2:15 am. On the Sunday night we were woken to the sound of water pipes banging and rattling from 3 am so very poor sleep. Also had some housekeeping conditions where we had to go to the front desk to get the missing items as hotel had no staff to bring them up . Disappointing for a four star hotel.
Disappointed that we were not contacted to apologise for the noise, even though it was not directly the hotels fault.

It’s impossible for me to find positive words to use but the hotel was a complete suprise. Comfortable clean room, overly clean hotel, the spa was amazing. My 6year old was able to freely enjoy the pool without a problem.

We had an excellent stay here. All members of staff we came across gave exceptional service. We enjoyed using the pool facilities and bar area. My daughter especially liked the fish tanks on every floor.

Great hotel and we were in one of the updated rooms which was lovely. The only negatives were that the bed wasn’t very comfortable and the cooked breakfast was less than luke warm.

Second time we have stayed here as a family. Stayed in a family room with our three children. Huge room! Very clean. Used the pool area which was also clean.
Breakfast was very good and staff were very accommodating and friendly.
The children love the fish tanks in the middle of each level.
