Stayed for four consecutive nights due to the convenient location of the hotel. Two-bed room, friendly staff, but not done when they were told to clean the room, a little disappointed! There is no refrigerator in the room, which is a bit inconvenient!

Pros - Location is good. Close to the train station and the main shopping centre. - Beds are comfortable. - The Bathroom worked. Cons - The decor is very tired and could do with a refurb. Light fittings etc were very old fashioned (none of the fancy purple stuff you get in the modern Premier Inns) and overall looked a bit shabby. - The hotel and the rooms smelled stale, which is not ideal when you can’t open the window. - At the time I stayed, only 1 lift was working, so getting in and out of the hotel took ages. - The air con, whilst effective, made a horrible noise all night which didn’t make for a great nights sleep. - The Pillows in the room were like bullets. - Front desk was understaffed, so whilst the team were very pleasant, you had to queue and wait for check in etc. I’ve stayed in many a premier inn and I’m usually an advocate of the brand, but the Woking town centre one was thoroughly disappointing. Whilst it may look modern from the outside, the interior is very run down and could do with a complete overhaul. Overall it was uncomfortable and fairly unpleasant, however it provided somewhere to stay for the night, close to the train station with parking nearby. If you’re looking for somewhere cheap to stay and you’re limited on choice, then this will get the job done. Otherwise, I’d recommend staying elsewhere.

I checked into your Woking town centre premier inn earlier today, 10/05/24 for a 2 night stay. The first room 702 was absolutely disgusting. See attached photos. There were stains and marks everywhere including what looked like a handprint of blood! I also noted there were Head prints on the headboard showing that this has never been cleaned. I immediately went down to Reception and was kindly moved to room 710 which didn’t then have a flushing toilet. It turns out the whole hotel didn’t have a water supply to the toilets due to maintenance carried out earlier in the day. This is totally unacceptable in itself without the disgusting room condition. Also, I noted only one of the two lifts worked. The other one was out of service which was in adequate for a building of this size. I explained to the front desk I want a refund and was checking out as I do not wish to stay in a hotel resembling dirty 1990s university accommodation without a water supply. Firstly, the front desk should be able to make a refund immediately. I should not have to chase this through your website and wait possibly weeks for a refund. Secondly the hotel should not be open without flushing toilets available. I do not care if maintenance was carried out earlier in the day, as this should not be carried out on an operating hotel. It is a legal requirement to have flushing toilets available in establishments such as hotels.

The hotel is well located in the town centre and close to the train station. Excellent quality mattress and pillows, which ensured a good quality sleep. Both cooked and continental breakfast were available, with choice. Ordering porridge was a hassle despite it being on the menu.

We stay in premier inns most months and are always happy but this one did not hot the mark, the rooms are dated, staff weren't helpful and were lacking enthusiasm. Parking isn't available however cheap parking is available nearby, but staff didn't advise us on where to park. I won't go back to this particular premier inn

You know what you are getting with Premier Inn. Staying Sunday night after the London Marathon- only 1/2 hr from Waterloo & plenty of choice of trains incl returning late in the evening. Super cheap Sunday night rate and convenient 24hr shopping centre carpark across the road (not too expensive). Very welcoming staff & quiet room away from main road. This will be my "go-to" hotel rather than staying in London in the future.

Very dissatisfied about this hotel. reception in on second floor with an elevator not working. Receptionist was even worse. He could not care less of me coming to stay in his hotel. No coffee in the morning because machine was broken. very expensive (158 pounds) for a very disappointing experience.
