Hilton Woking

It is a great hotel, the best and the most elegant in Woking. Spacious, clean rooms with an amazing mattress. Staff members are helpful and polite, the breakfast is delicious. Location is a huge plus, definitely return…………………………………………..

What a Stunning hotel. From the moment we arrived nothing was to much trouble for Paul the Reception Manager and his colleague. We were upgraded to an amazing room on the 19th floor with great views. Enjoyed drinks at Loft sky Bar and watched the beautiful skyline from the 22nd Floor. We will be returning to enjoy this hotel in the future and highly recommend a stay at this modern stylish hotel with incredible views and great Team members Thank you for your Hospitality.

We recently had an overnight stay at Hilton Woking. Checkin was wonderful thanks to the amazing Amelia who couldn’t have been more helpful & accommodating. Our junior suite was amazing. Breakfast was lovely with great views. Well done Hilton Woking & thanks again Amelia.

Last night (18th Nov 24) My family and I arrived for our meal at 19:15. It was my partners 46th birthday and to celebrate with the kids. Now as I appreciate the restaurant is very new and still 'finding its feet' there were 2 waitress's and the manager to hand with what I could see a near full house. By 20:30 we received our food after a gentle nudge asking when will the food be arriving. The meal was nice although a bit over priced (Rib-eye less that 1" thick for £35) but the burgers the kids had looked amazing and got the thumbs up from them. I am not aware of the laws for this so please someone do explain, but compulsory service charges of over 10% I find truly disgusting. Long has the day when you get presented the option via the card machine or kindly giving the person who served you cash in the hand. This evening I was astonished to see on the receipt just shy of £25 tip!!! I haven't even paid this much when eating up in London let alone in Woking. My home town. I feel very let down with this and it did leave a very sour taste in my mouth when leaving the restaurant. I am not going to say how the birthday girl felt [sad face] Anyway, I will leave it at that but if things stay like that I know for sure, we will never return again. Happy to walk down to Cotes instead!! PS Also take a look at the attached receipt. Even the time at the top is incorrect as our table was booked for 19:15 as mentioned above. SIGH!!

An amazing hotel, blown away, we stayed in one of the suites with the biggest bed I have ever seen! Drinks in the Loft Sky bar, the cocktails are fantastic and topped off with amazing views, dinner was fantastic with an incredible view. All the staff were incredibly professional and friendly. Special Mention to Paul, Special guest relations manger, and of course Akos who made our stay incredibly special, nothing was too much trouble. We will be coming back to work our way through the rest of the cocktail menu
