First thing I noticed was the Digital Key didn’t work so was requested in the Hilton app to stop by the Front Desk. The staff at this hotel try to offer the guest a good service but sadly many of the guests at this hotel had no manners and would push in lines to be served first. The hotel just allowed this to happen and maybe they should have said something but maybe it was the right decision to say nothing to them. The room was large and very clean and the only issue I noticed was the door did not shut without pulling it shut. The bathroom was large with a separate shower and bath which was nice and there was a lighted shaving mirror. The bed was very comfortable and large and had both power sockets and USB ports next to each side of the bed to charge your phone. The TV was a large smart LG model but even though it did have a few apps it didn’t offer a YouTube, Prime, BBC iPlayer or Netflix app. You could not stream from your phone either like you can do in many American Hilton hotels. I thought as a new hotel it would offer USB-C ports as this is now the standard way to charge all phones fast and safely. The WiFi when it worked was fast even using the basic free WiFi option but I did experience lots of drop outs but this was possibly as I was on floor 19. The Executive lounge on 22nd Floor is large and has some nice comfortable seating and I would say this is one of the best Executive Lounges I have experienced for many years. The breakfast is on the 21st floor and the staff are very professional and friendly and the food was excellent. I ordered an omelette and it was excellent and not greasy like I have experienced at many hotels and would give the chef 10 out of 10. Next door to the hotel is also an amazing M&S Food stores one of the best I have visited. Overall I was very impressed with this hotel and will be staying again in the future and the only thing I feel should be improved is the TV entertainment options but it does offer a film channel where you can chose a movie you want to watch on demand. The air conditioning was excellent and actually worked which is not the case at many hotels these days. These are my own views and even though it’s rare a hotel deserves a high rating this property does and deserve it and hope they can keep up the good service and maintain the high standards the hotel offers. Congratulations to the management which even though I never meet any of them the property spoke for itself as a well run hotel.

On arrival, great welcome to a new and stylish, clean hotel Nice room with a lovely view . The food is excellent. I went to the Oxbo restaurant, and customer service is 5 star .
