Very cozy and welcoming. Only 15 minutes away from Boston would recommend to anyone that can't afford the more pricey hotels closer to Boston. My family and I would spend another weekend here

I really like that this hotel is not close to the main road. It is very quiet and has a free parking lot. The breakfast is not bad. However, the water in the swimming pool is very cold and I can't swim at all. I can only run in the gym. The room facilities are a bit old, but the air conditioning and heating are very good. I wanted to stay a few more nights. Full room

Overall quite satisfied

Apart from the location being in the suburbs, everything else is good. Chinese people are a little more troublesome to eat, the restaurants next to them are lively, and the old Americans drink and chat and watch super large TVs. Of course, if you are a local tyrant with good money, it is not bad to go there to solve the meal. There's a McDonald's across the road and the milkshakes are good. Turn right at the intersection and there is a gas station convenience store, and there is a 7-11 across the intersection. In foreign countries, except probably in Japan and Southeast Asia, the stomachs of Chinese people are somewhat aggrieved. The hotel has breakfast, egg, coffee, fruit, oa**eal, and waffles. Overall very good.

The ONLY complaint I have is the shower situation. The water pressure was LITERALLY piss poor, the ramp style floor makes for a VERY dangerous exit from the shower, regardless of having the bath mat there OR being able bodied and why is there no air vent?? Also, the small pillows are a bit strange......

Ok place for a night. There was a light blinking from our heater all night that was like a strobe light. Staff was nice. Place was clean.

I left my wire there for my phone that connects to the tv and there saying it’s not there but I called a hour after me checking out and there saying it’s not in the room so maybe. Someone that was cleaning the room took it cause they said they asked the housekeeping and it’s not there

Great property, family friendly. Quiet inside yet bubling social life just a few steps from the property.

2 nights with family for volleyball tournament, fast check in, nice breakfast, clean room, definitely stay there again

It was ok . They didn't have a lot of towels had to go to desk and get them. A lot of kids running in hallway. Doors slamming late at night

During my stay at this hotel a member of their team entered my room while I was away at a funeral. I had placed the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door expecting that my room would not be entered. A member of the maintenance team came into my room regardless and exchanged my air conditioning unit. The property did not notify me. They did not attempt to contact me via phone, email or any other method. Furthermore upon discovery of this, the property took a very cavalier attitude toward my experience and what felt like a violation as a female traveling alone. It took 3 days to get on the phone with a decision maker at the property and when I asked for a refund for my stay, the best the manager would do is refund me one night. This was a nightmare situation, but it's how you handle a mistake after it has been made, and I would have expected a full refund, but they refused to do that. It was highly disappointing and I therefore cannot recommend this as a good place to stay in this area.
