Die Pension hat uns sehr gefallen. Die liebevoll eingerichteten Zimmer sind gemütlich und sauber, der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist schön und es hat alles wunderbar geschmeckt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die zentrale Lage der Pension, die es ermöglichte uns auch die Umgebung der Stadt bequem zu Fuß zu erkunden. Insgesamt eine wunderbare Unterkunft für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt.

Als Radreisender kann es vorkommen, dass man auch mal vor der vereinbarten Check-In Zeit ankommt. Dieses Problem wurde sehr kulant, einfühlsam und innovativ gelöst. Eine Lotsung zur Fahrradgarage mittels Videoclip ist mal eine neue, gute Erfahrung. Das Zimmer war traumhaft, ein toller Abschluss unserer Radeltour.

Wir sind auf Rundreise, also Anmeldung am Telefon problemlos. Ankunft am späten Nachmittag: über Telefon erfährt man den Code für den Schlüsselsafe. Persönliches Willkommen- Fehlanzeige. Der Preis mit Frühstück ist der höchste Betrag, der uns auf unserer Tour einschl. größerer Orte wie Görlitz, Anklam oder Wismar abverlangt wurde. Die im Internet gepriesene Garage ist ebenso unzugänglich wie das Kaffee im Haus, welches trotz regulärer Öffnungszeit nicht geöffnet ist. Abends sitzend dann andere betagtere Radlergäste des Hauses mit dem Wein vor dem Haus auf Paletten. Romantik pur. Unser Zimmer ist ordentlich, das Bad auch. Es gibt einen weiten Blick über die Elbe. Zum Frühstück im Kaffee ist alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Zahlung geht nur bar. Wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen und waren zum Wechsel der Bleibe zu träge. Aber hier ist gut Luft nach oben beim Service.
