We arrived early as friends were still in work very kindly they let us into our room slightly early. The porter was friendly however his English was ok but maybe our accent he found difficult to understand. I had booked for 3 nights and my girlfriend had booked for 2 nights (5 nights altogether) I had emailed to ask if ok for the same room so don’t have to move and was all good hotel side! Room to a ok standard had no room check bins emptied towels changed in first 3 days here! Tv Ariel signal poor so was hard to watch tv when chilling at night. No receptionist place is left empty just a note to call number if need any assistance. Kitchen facilities very standard left out Chinese on the side and coffee n tea bags left out kitchen like an office/storage area for cleaning products. If your looking for place to crash clean up this fits the bill but anything else I’m afraid is not to stay here.

Do not recommend this guest house! It was dirty, smelly, and noisy, with an atmosphere like a horror film. The rooms were unclean. Throughout the night, we constantly heard people coming in and out, making it impossible to get any sleep. The overall experience was terrible, and I would advise against staying here.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed in. I ended up with bed bugs, the room was filthy (tea stains on the walls, filthy shower, carpets are stained and disgusting, windows with condensation running down them, DON’T STAY HERE!!!!! I asked for compensation and received nothing after our awful experience and we paid £67 for our awful room - noisy too as right next to the road.

The place is hidden away just off the road and hard to find, drove past it initially, wish I’d kept on driving, it’s August but it’s freezing in the room, there’s no food of any kind, no breakfast, rooms are not sound proofed, every noise is clearly heard. There’s a couple of blokes in the next room to me, Chinese, Thai, Korean, I don’t know, talking and laughing very loudly without any consideration, nothing from the owners or management to ask them to keep the noise down. Would have rather slept in my car than stay here, if you’re considering this place, don’t, go somewhere else.

For the love of god do NOT book this property. If I could leave 0 stars I would. They falsely described themselves on a third party booking website and when I realised this and requested a refund a mere 20 minutes after making a booking they were impossible to contact. I finally managed to resolve the situation with the help of the third party website, but the hotel themselves refused to budge (although they did alter the description!). Do they allow children or don't they? Who knows? Depends if you're asking for a refund or not! I know one thing though. After my experience with their management I wouldn't stay there with any child of mine. Avoid at all costs.

Clean, comfortable spacious room. We had our own private bathroom. It's worth checking as not all rooms do. Parking spaces. Nothing much nearby. It did the job nicely for one night whilst travelling.
