Pool is closed. Hours of breakfast are too restrictive. Will never stay there again, recommend finding another motel to stay in. Never refreshed the room. Had to ask for more coffee for the room, coffee was not provided after first morning.

The Best Western is about what I expected as far as the condition. It was a bit more dated in some areas that could be easily fixed, like the shower curtain. The beds were comfortable and it was relatively clean, but my room had a very heavy smell of smoke and only one wash cloth. Overall- about what I expected for the price.

Bugs in room
We had late check-in & the guy at the front desk was great! Our TV wouldn't work so he came in to help, once that was corrected I turned around & there was a cockroach walking across the pillow. We picked up our stuff & left the hotel. Had to find another place at 1:30AM & then had to pay double. So pretty much a terrible experience.

Breakfast options were good.
Checking in, the room had not been cleaned. It had left over food, dirty towels, unmade bed and trash. Front desk did not have other options available. I understand the current shortage in the industry, but not willing to pay for a dirty room. Would not book with Best Western again.

Awesome staff.
This was a one night stay... front desk lady awesome - 10 stars. When our 1st room had a major issue, she made sure our next room was good. The only complaint is the a/c unit.... it had a musty smell and still was humid in the room.

All the baseboards were torn up, the non smoking room smelled like smoke and did not have a smoke detector, just wires hanging out of the wall.

Clean!
Everything was great minus the pool being down but it was fine. It didnt take away from my trip so its not a matter at all.
I was very happy with the cleanliness and even thanked the housekeeper for doing such a great hob!
