Great hotel, just could be cleaner. Facilities are good, but the quality is lower than what I am used to from 4 star hotels. Too bad there is no refrigerator in the room. Bedding is also not that nice, doesn't feel completely fresh.

Ver bad hotel. It’s old, rooms are small and smelling. Breakfest very small choice and low quality. Sport facilities also old and terrible quality. Only good ks bar and friendly service. Restaurant should be no go zone, terrible service and food

This is an average hotel. Rooms are average, bathroom is average, cleanliness is average. Room is relatively spacious, but spartan. Location is close to a busy road, but not too noisy… fortunately. Insulation (windows @ balcony) not great, so room pretty cold in winter. Positive was that there is ample parking space, including e-vehicle charging stations. The biggest disappointment was the restaurant. Looks very cosy, menu looks ok, but food was a disaster. Fastfood for 5 times the price of a fastfood restaurant, and not even well cooked. Food thrown on a plate. No eye for detail. Personnel not very receptive for feedback. Too bad. Breakfast buffet was ok. Will I go here again? Sorry Fletcher, but no.

Schoon hotel met ruime kamers voorzien van een ruime badkamer met douchecabine en bad. Slaapgedeelte voorzien van een bank, zitje. Extra service is een waterkoker met theezakjes en Nespresso apparaat met 4 koffiecups (meer cupjes tegen betaling verkrijgbaar) op de kamer. DuCo restaurant mooi en gezellig ingericht. Hier zowel ontbijt als diner genuttigd. Diner erg lekker, ontbijt uitgebreid maar de koffiemachines zijn foutgevoelig wat files veroorzaakte, ook het bijvullen van de broodjes liet te wensen over, dat was wat minder. Het personeel is over het algemeen erg vriendelijk!

Tijdens Black Friday een boeking gedaan. Daarna de reviews gelezen en geschrokken. Geprobeerd om te annuleren maar volgens de voorschriften is dit niet mogelijk. Toch maar gegaan met de nodige reserves. Tijdens het verblijf in het hotel vroeg ik me steeds meer af waar die negatieve reviews vandaan komen. Hebben deze mensen wel hetzelfde hotel gehad? Toen we ons meldden bij de receptie werden we uiterst vriendelijk ontvangen. Kamers zijn wel eenvoudig maar schoon. We zijn in het restaurant gaan eten en het was heerlijk. Dit hotel heeft ons op positieve manier verrast. Voor ons is het voor herhaling vatbaar.

Hotel is te vies om met een tang aan te pakken. Bij de ingang zie je de sigaretten peuken. Het lijkt erop dat het hotel enkel het beddengoed verwisseld, maar de rest is vies en goor. Mega veel stof onder het bed en achter de gordijnen. Ventilatie van de douche is vol met stof. Deur en Vensterbank is zo vies met vlekken en vettig. Bah.....

Nog nooit zo'n slechte hotel ervaring gehad, vooral restaurant heel slecht. Vrouw die boel leid is erg onvriendelijk en snauwt je af. Eten is niet lekker, bestelling gaat verkeerd, niet professioneel. Bed doorgezakt, volle prullenbak.
