First of all, the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms itself is another story. I was told that all rooms have connecting doors to each other rooms. What?!!yes there are locks that you can secure it but I have never encountered this staying at a hotel. A hostel yes but not a hotel. The faucet from the shower was pulled out from its place. The mini refrigerator was not working despite several attempts. I did mentioned it to staff and they offered if I wanted it handled before or after breakfast. Lastly, breakfast wasn’t appealing. Not enough options for protein only yogurt. Perhaps bagels with cream cheese or eggs would be an option. This place has potential because of the staff. I hope some of these ideas are taken to account to be able to see this place soar.

This was a great little place and located in the perfect spot for me. There were plenty of places to choose from for dining and entertainment.

BEWARE this place is not what you see online. SEE PICS BELOW. It was gross almost didn't stay, we're exhausted. Thank God I bring my own stuff. The handle to the toilet broke off and they had someone come in the room at 8:00pm with 2 small children to almost 9:00 pm to fix it. I WAS CHARGED $10 FOR A WASH RAG THAT I DIDN'T USE. I BRING MY OWN FOR SANITARY REASONS. Imagine if this happens to every guest? Hmm I'll be getting in touch with Trip, HJ and Wyndham.

It was a good stay. Room was very spacious and clean. Bed can be updated, was okay but definitely wasn’t no pillow top. Hallways smell old

I had high hopes for this hotel. The photos looked fine. When we arrived around 4 pm to check in the agent was personable and provided information regarding the onsite dining.
When we drove to the room there were trash bags all along the outside which initially gave us pause. The carpets need serious deep cleaning. They are filthy. The room seemed to be partially refurbished but we walked into an open fridge which we closed to cool. Upon returning the trash outside was thankfully picked up but the fridge never cooled.
I did end up calling the desk after departure to let them know and the agent advised we needed to turn on the *****. 😳 This would have been great information to have ahead of time.
Overall not worth the $120 I paid for it. FAR from it.
I would not recommended to anyone. I wish I’d have taken photos.

Not again!!!
The hotel had humidity smell since we walk in; the room was clean and organized but had the humidity smell. They need to do better with the key cards because I had to go everyday and for more than 2 times over the counter to reset the keys. There was a memeber of the staff which had to work on the way he talks; treats; and delivery anything to the guests. He was rude and nothing close to educated
