The room wasn’t too bad, but everything else was horrible. There was a shooting in and outside the hotel. 2 people got shot. A nice lady in there told me that it’s not a real hotel people should stay at. Almost everyone there, lives there. She actually told me to get my money back and go stay by Hanes Mall. The manager was very understanding and helped me get my money back through trips.

The facility had a temporary RAMADA sign attached to the signpost. Several people were "hanging out" in the parking lot and roamed the lot while we were parking. There were two women at separate times sitting on the curb to the right of the entrance. Each left and gathered their personal belongings then walked away when I exited the vehicle to see if we could check in. I suspect that they were ***********. We were early and the front desk clerk was adamant that we had to wait to check in at three PM. We were there after 1PM. No problem. Not a welcoming lobby. I returned to my vehicle, and we decided the property was not going to be safe and left. We do not know where the two women went to, and the roaming males left but we saw the males hanging around in the back of the building. Scary!

Breakfast: Very few varieties, I simply didn't eat it
Hygiene: A bit scary. But it's still habitable. The sofas in the rooms on the fifth floor are all covered with patina.
Environment: OK. Overall it's okay. The surrounding transportation is also convenient
Service: OK. If there is a problem, it will be solved immediately.

Find somewhere else, this place is not worth it.
Room had a broken toilet seat, replaced countertop that had the brand name wrapper still on it, Broken nightstands, wall plugs were broken, only decent part was the bathtub having warm water. No breakfast as advertised, got a To Go Bag, bathroom had some questionable stains on wood base to sink. Then being an adjoining room apparently the sound of the other room playing loud TV all night kept waking my very tired self up after a long day. Won’t return.

Just Terrible
Couldn’t check in early at all. My event started at 1:45 pm and didn’t end until after 10 pm. When I got to the hotel, there was a security guard that greeted us. After about 10 minutes the front desk worker came up and got us checked in. When we entered the room, I noticed the fire alarm is damaged and the sheets on one bed were filthy. The hotel smelled like ********* and cigarette smoke the entire time and neither of us even smoke at all. Just terrible!

Worst place i have wver stayed. Pitiful! King aize bed with with queen top covers/sheets. Noisy all hours of the night with figjts and drunks in the hallways. Breakfast is a grab bag amd theynare out before residents even come down for them. Would not recommend this place to decent law abiding citizens. Should be taken off Expedia's availability list.
