Thank you, Reme, for great service and a great welcome. We booked several rooms for family to gather together from far and wide and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Winston-Salem. Beautiful facilities and delicious breakfast made it a great home away from home.

The room is spacious with a divider between the two halves. There are 2 65 inch tvs, all the extras you would need, and comfortable king sized bed. The room is very clean and climate controlled. The ac unit isn't too loud. For a room that isn't a suite, this room is absolutely top notch! Tanya at the front desk was also, very welcoming and helpful when I arrived.

Don't even think about this place if you have an oversized vehicle or pulling a trailer! There is no parking available, and the back parking lot is a dead end. No signs warning me of this and the desk didn't say anything even though they saw my pickup and trailer right outside. I had to back my way out and around the corner where the outdoor pool is. Then when I went inside to ask about parking for oversized vehicles, they directed me next door to the Red Lobster parking lot, which has a 3 foot wall to climb up/jump down in between. Not the best for an old man with bad knees. This is another property that I ran into during this trip that had a wifi log in that didn't like VPN, ad blockers or privacy browser settings. I learned at other places that didn't let me connect to the wifi that turning all these protections off is the only way to get to their log in page. After that, you can turn everything back on and the wifi is strong and fast. Other than those 2 things, this is a great place for a good sleep. Everything is clean and comfortable, with large towels, a great shower with anti-slip pads and cold A/C if you like to sleep like a penguin like me.

Tanya R. Gave excellent customer service upon check-in. She was most gracious and pleasant and check-in was a breeze. Tonya also gave recommendations as to places to eat in the area. The beds are very comfortable had the most restful sleep and I hated to get out of the bed in the morning.I plan to come back here next year.. Karen M

Great visit! Only one night for business, but the hotel was clean, breakfast was good, and staff was amazing. A special thanks to Tonya R at the front desk for making the check-in process exceptional! Would stay here again when visiting the area.

This hotel was quiet and the location is fantastic… close to the mall and lots of restaurants. Also easy access to I-40. They also have comfy beds, is very clean, and they have amazing front desk staff!! Reme was awesome… outgoing, friendly, funny and very helpful. Thank you, Reme… and GO COWBOYS!

I stayed here while visiting Winston-Salem with my daughter who is moving there this summer. We could not be welcomed to this city in any better way than staying at this clean, fresh, friendly hotel. Five stars for cleanliness, comfort, and most of all the service. Our television was out of order and they upgraded us to a suite. The breakfast was good and the attendant carefully watched to replace food frequently. Every person at the desk was pleasant. The maid service was perfect. This is the place to be!
