1930’s Guest Cottage and Vintage Shop with 1/2 Bath and Full Bed

Our 1930’s cottage and vintage shop sits adjacent to our private residence, but offers privacy as it stands alone with its own private entrance, carport, and parking. Enjoy some the beautiful surrounding trees, fresh coffee on the bistro table/chairs, a fire in the adjacent fire pit, or let your little ones play in our fenced-in yard/swing set. Our home is set in a beautiful wooded area, on a private driveway, but is less than a ten minute drive from downtown Winston Salem or Wake Forest University. We’re also a two minute drive from popular Muddy Creek Parkway (perfect for an afternoon stroll). A window AC unit is available for use upon request (there is currently no heat source other than a plug in space heater), and cold water is accessed for use in the half bath (but there is currently no shower or tub). This cottage doubles as a local vintage shop and all items are available for purchase through our Venmo account.
