My wife and I stayed the night at The Swan and had dinner with six family and friends in the restaurant. From arrival, through dinner, breakfast and our deparure, all the staff were consistently excellent and customer focused. The room was great, the food excellent and the beer great! We can only thank the team at The Swan for an excellent experience and we would fully recommend.

Samir and Azenora are natural hosts—they were born for this role. My wife, Sam, booked us in for our late summer break. The location is stunning, and the accommodation was wonderful. The food was amazing, and the room maid was brilliant. Every time we came to our room after exploring the area, it looked new and untouched! Our Mutt Hugo was welcomed too! We will stay again!!

Great pub with great hard working staff. In a brilliant location for walking dogs and seeing the Mendip Hills. Service is superb and the food is exceptionally nice. The staff really make the visit worth while, going above and beyond to make sure all customers leave happy!

This pub was a gem of a find! My two brothers and I stayed overnight earlier this week as part of a 3-day road trip. We were welcomed by Wendy's beaming smile and lovely humour before being shown to our beautiful bedrooms, enjoying a complimentary drink at the bar and then being served a delicious meal. Both Wendy and Ria made our evening so enjoyable and fun. Fantastic full English breakfast and Eggs Benedicts set us up well for the final leg of our journey. Highly recommend this place - I will certainly be going back with my family!

Bringing clients for a lunch here is the perfect spot! I come here regularly and the food and service is always excellent. This time we had 2 different flatbreads, which were both delicious, and even with it busy, the food still came quickly. Great lunch yet again.

What a great find! Truly delicious food and excellent service with all staff being ultra professional and friendly. The manager, Sam, was especially chatty. We were camping along the road and enjoyed a Wonderful evening dinner and a bonus that they opened for breakfast too.

I took my Mum here as it had a menu that would suit us both. She had the trout Niçoise and I had the tomato flatbread which was a vegan meal. Both were perfect and very tasty. We finished with 3 mini donuts and coffee. Decaf coffee was the best we’d had and the donuts delicious. I would highly recommend this pub for lunch or dinner although I know it gets very busy when the sun is shining.

Tried this pub again as it is our local. Having had numerous bad meals over the years we thought we would try again. Mistake! Disgusting Sunday roasts swimming in grease and fat. Yellow stuff ( presumably mustard not asked for) was mixed with all food on plate. White stuff ( bread sauce or horseradish?? again not asked for). Terrible costly food, inedible. We will definitely not be giving The Swan another chance.

We were recommended The Swan and what a great establishment We booked the Sunday lunch and it definitely lives up to expectations from the starters to main meal and fantastic staff especially Henry the chef ! Not forgetting the vast array of beers and wines
