The hotel was cold and uninviting. I asked for the heating to be turned on in our room as it was damp and cold. The internet and phone signal were absolutely rubbish, impossible to have a conversation from any of the grounds or the rooms.

We have stayed many times at this Premier Inn in the past. Room was small but adequate for a one night stay with the bed particularly comfortable. The premises generally are starting to look very tired mow and could benefit from a total refurbishment. Breakfast was not up to the standard I would have expected with the scrambled egg massively over-cooked and dried out and the mushrooms watery and tasteless. A waitress did nor attempt to clear our used crockery. Whilst eating breakfast one of the waitresses was seen cleaning the toilets and then, shortly after, was serving breakfast in the same clothes which is not hygienic or acceptable. However, I must say that the staff on duty were welcoming and friendly although I would not stay again unless improvements are made.

Brilliant stay perfect for what we needed. They restaurant manager kept the restaurant open for us knowing that are flight was coming in near closing time. Both the restaurant manager and the lady on reception we extremely helpful and friendly and it was really nice to get that welcome after long day of travel. Food was really tasty, would recommend the trio of pies and also the mixed grill. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast the next day was really tasty and great value Cannot fault in anyway and would definatly stay again if flying to/from Bristol.

expensive for tired rooms , no towel rail to dry towels after shower , only one fan heater that blows dust around room , avoid Sunday lunch at brewers fayre attached as its the worst i have ever been served up.

A great stay - lovely and friendly welcome, even late at night. Room very clean and bed comfortable, as always! I had breakfast, which was cooked fresh, and the selection of continental items was fantastic! Rooms were really quiet, which ensured a good nights sleep.

Great location for a stopover before your flight. Easy to find, perfect cleanliness. Handy little "shop" inside selling bits and pieces you might have forgotten for GOSH. Shout-out to Sue lovely lady from reception. Would definitely use again!

These rooms are right outside the delivery area for the restaurant. We were woken at 6.15 by the lorry, metal trolleys going back k and forth and inconsiderate staff outside the window. Having arrived late and going on to travel we really did not need this wake up call. Reception did not apologies on leaving and just shrugged it off that it was the restaurant not the hotel. Apart from this, Check in was good, room clean and comfortable.

Great location for the night before flights and £3 per day to leave your car while away. Room 102 was comfortable & cool with effective aircon and a comfortable bed. It was at the rear of the hotel & looked out onto a low wall & shrubs so zero view but it was very quiet. Steph on reception was an absolute star, we had a great natter as fellow Northerners. Meal at the attached Brewers Fayre was not great (well done sirloin after asking for medium rare but on the rare side) but the staff were lovely, especially the chatty young lady behind the bar. I live north of Manchester but have gig buddies who are from Devon so I would definitely travel down & stay here again for the convenience of flying all together to European gigs.

We came to stay here prior to our trip to Egypt, We arrived very late at night, but the greeting was still very warm and welcoming. The receptionist went out of his way to find things for us despite the late hour and offered to carry our bags up the stairs. The room was well prepared and 'just right' to relax. Breakfast had a good choice and helpful staff.
