A snowstorm caused me to look for a room for the night. I drove 6 hours. When I asked the front desk guy for a room, he mumbled and fidgeted, and I asked again if he had rooms. He said ya, but I've got to book online. I said "You're right there, and I'm right here." I then said, if I use my phone now, I could just book on ******* and that would be fine? He said yes. Of course I booked a different hotel. Later I tried to call the head office, and could only get the other hotel they own, the Assiniboine. They said you don't need to book online there, but had no idea of the Curtis's policy. So I went to their Facebook page and asked how to book a room. They said to call. So they will reserve a room if I call, or book online, but not in person? So I asked what their policy was. No second reply after 5 hours. I also sent an email message to "Contact Us" and after 6 hours, still no reply. Keep this in mind if you ever have an issue, good luck trying to find anyone that can help or resolve a conflict.
