Was my first time staying there and it wasn't bad, only downside was the pool thing was small. Would stay there again for sure.

I would absolutely not stay at this hotel again. Our experience was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. The sofa pullout mattress was in terrible condition — it was clearly very old and overused, with broken springs and no real support. It was incredibly uncomfortable, and it was almost impossible to get any rest.
The air conditioning in the room wasn’t working, which made the space stuffy and uncomfortable, especially after a long day of traveling. On top of that, the shower head barely produced any water, making it difficult even to take a proper shower. The bathroom lighting was also a major issue, as it would flicker repeatedly before finally staying on, which felt both frustrating and unsafe.
When we went to the front desk to purchase bottled water, we were told there was none available. Even after asking if they could check the storage room, the staff member was unwilling to assist us. The customer service was extremely poor and indifferent to our needs.
Additionally, the overall environment of the hotel felt unsafe. There were sketchy individuals hanging around the building, including people roaming the halls late at night, which made us feel very uneasy.
If we hadn’t just driven seven hours and arrived after 9 p.m., we absolutely would have turned around and left. This hotel was a major disappointment, and I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for accommodations.

It's a great hotel for the price! Property is in good condition. Staff was friendly at check in though they overcharged me by $200 and had to reverse the payment which took a while. The elevators and the hallway reeked like **** and the elevators were cleaned the entirety of my stay. I know because there was a crushed peanut on the floor the whole time! In my room there was facial hair in the sink and on the drain. The water pressure wasn't great but otherwise I was very happy with my room. Pool looked great even though I didn't make into it. For being so close to the airport you don't hear any of the planes!

Room was average not bad nor good (same as every other place in this price category). Check in took far too long(around 30min)- as far as I understand, it was not having clean room ready 45min past check in. The hot tub was the reason we paid extra to stay here in fact an extra $100 for 2 nights (compared to reasonable competitors) - the hot tub was literally Luke warm - you know, the temperature a bath gets after 40 minutes or so. The jets are nonexistent. So I wouldn’t recommend this place until they make the pool area a priority. Hotels should have to disclose that their equipment isn’t functioning properly.
