The facilities are old, the elevator is terrifying, and the teleportation is scary. There is no free parking lot in the hotel, so I need to drive myself to the public parking lot behind the hotel for a night of 14. My car is too high to drive in, so I can only buy valet parking. There are a lot of homeless people and I dare not park on the street.

This hotel is relatively old, and it is not good compared to other Fairmont hotels. The location of the hotel is not easy to find. It is particularly inconvenient to go from the hotel to the nearby supermarket through the underground passage

Check in time is not accurate. I was here an hour AFTER check in time and was told my room was not ready and would have to wait. Most people have plans and can’t wait around for a room to be ready.

The room we stayed in was looking a little tired, in need of a refresh. Bathroom cabinet was water stained, carpet wore. There was no hot water at 10am, lukewarm shower. Ice maker on our floor was broken. The bed was nice and linens good. The staff very helpful and location is good.

Never Again! From the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out! Brutal experience. I get a better service at a Day's Inn Hotel! Not one time did they even as how my stay is going after my crappy 1st room. I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. I had to turn the heat up to +27 degress to even get some sort of heat. Had to run the shower for 10 min to even get hot water. They are not environmentally focused.
