The staff are excellent—friendly, professional, and welcoming. I really appreciated the birthday cake in the room, such a thoughtful surprise. The bed was very comfortable and made for a good sleep. That said, some areas of the hotel could use a refresh; the amenities feel dated, the conditioner was nearly empty, and the sauna wasn’t as hot as expected. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent. The hotel offers almost all the amenities you’d expect for a comfortable stay, and the in-room service was consistently good throughout.

My room was next to the elevator and it was loud.

The sound of air condition was quite loud but compare to the sound of the shower, it was relatively not that bad. The water flow pressure makes the sound over 5 mins before it became normal.
We expected Fairmount standard higher than we experienced.
