The guests had bad attitudes, and we could hear a lot of noise all night, talking, and running around in the hallways. We couldn't sleep.
There was a gap in the door, so I think the noise was even easier to hear.
The front desk staff were also rude.
I've seen other people's reviews saying that the guests are noisy, so I'd like the front desk staff to do something about it, such as giving them a warning.
