We could not believe that there was no coffee in the lobby or at breakfast for 3 days. We asked the lady at the front desk and she said the coffee machine was broken. She said we would have to use the coffee machine in the room. That coffee is terrible. A true coffee drinker would rather not drink coffee than to drink coffee made from those little machines. They said they were waiting on a repair guy. You need to have a backup plan, for good percolated coffee in the lobby, and for breakfast, if your big coffee machine goes out.

Super easy and fast check in with a lady named Traci (I think I’m spelling it wrong ) at like midnight 12-21-23 She Genuinely appeared to enjoy her job. Also a young woman at the desk in the morning was very nice as well. The people at this hotel appear to genuinely enjoy there job and are friendly. I only gave 4 stars cause the ice machine could be heard from our room in the hall(kinda run down and loud) and the air filter on the rooms heater/cooling machine wasn’t super clean but also wasn’t the worst I’ve seen. I would stay again! Thanks!

Hotel sits away off freeway. Gas station and small restaurant near property, not much else, 15 min drive to find any kind of store or more restaurants. Staff very nice and helpful, rooms service was excellent. Full breakfast different everyday. Family lives nearby, for us a good choice, spent three nights there.

The Hampton was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. Only thing I would change would be the hard mattress and flat pillows.

This was easily one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. It was very clean and the staff were super friendly. Ms. Pebble greeted us promptly and had us checked in quickly. She was welcoming and very outgoing.
Great breakfast selection that the staff kept stocked - toast, bagels, yogurt, western omelette, sausage patties, biscuits, gravy, cereal, fresh waffles with toppings, oatmeal with toppings, juices, coffee, and fresh fruit.
Spacious bedroom and bathroom with stand up shower (no tub) and large vanity in the king size room. The bed was very comfortable and had plenty of pillows.
Recommend without reservation. Great for singles, couples, and families. We would definitely stay here again.

Proprety is in a remote place, was more isolated than expected but was fantastic for my needs. Only glitch was not being able to get a reciept for my stay due to booking 3rd party. Staff educated that the price is lower but more of a headache. Offered to email a reciept, still have not recieved. So check out was not smooth.

Our only problem was the breakfast manager was clueless about gluten free. I am Celiac and stay with Hilton hotels as I can always be helped and find something to eat. She seemed to not care nor look to see if it said CONTAINS WHEAT.
