Helaas niet kunnen verblijven door annulering van alle vluchten naar Saba. Hotel toonde zich coulant, communicatie verliep snel en gemakkelijk

The room was filthy in every way (dirty floor, old bedding, moldy toilet seat, wet with water stains toilet paper, rusted balcony furniture). The hotel (honestly, I would call it motel) is the only part of the trip that left a really bad impression. I would never consider coming back to the place.

Good location, walking distance to town, with a nice pool and views. It’s definitely being run on a shoestring which really drags it down. Linens are threadbare and outdated, water went out (and when we had water it wasn’t always hot) and wifi was spotty.

Would not recommend this place. Checked us into a dirty room, no apology, just moved us. Second room was better but coffee left in maker, dirty plates and dirty mirrors. When room was serviced they only made the bed, no new sheets or towels and trash not removed. Rooms were dark and dingy with old furniture but they say place is a tear old? Had to ask for everything we needed. Restaurant staff were cold and unfriendly. Restaurant charged $5 for a small coffee to go. No pool towels available and no shade at the pool. Don't waste your money.

clean room but no hot water. reported to reception and with some hassle above the ceiling it was (briefly) remedied. cold water again the next day... reported again.... found a note when I returned in the evening that I could shower in the room next door or move completely there..... it was too late for that. indicated afterwards that they did not agree with this option... they indicated that they would settle a 10% discount next time..... just like coming back to saba.... disappointing solution...

Client service very poor. We had to drag our luggage up and down a hill and up 2 flight of stairs by ourselves. No one to help with luggage and/or show you the room. There was a mixup and breakfast also. They took our orders, we ate and after when we were leaving, we found out that we were supposd to only eat the Continental due to the price paid. Rooms are clean and good for longterm stay, not for short businesstrips. No complimentary coffee or tea in room. At checkout same ordeal with luggage dragging.

Brand new hotel, opened in May. Interior looks straight from a cheap hotel from the 80’s. Unpleasant smell in bathroom and doors already not closing well anymore. Management very inflexible. Late check out was granted (at 70USD) but must be paid strictly at 11:00…. Reason? Company Policy and that’s it. Breakfast not possible (no permits). Swimming pool is fine and location (just outside of Windwardside towards The Bottom) is good. Nice views from balcony. Highly overpriced for the quality provided.

It was a very comfortable stay . I had a nice view from my balcony. They also have a pool, Idid take beautyfull pictures round the pool. They give good service as wel. The receptionist was very friendly/kind.

Een lekker rustig hotel met een spectaculair uitzicht. De kamer is standaard ingericht, schoon en ruim genoeg om te kunnen werken en slapen. De douche is prettig. Mewewerkers zijn vriendelijk en attent. Ik kom terug 🙂
