The service was great but the hotel it not clean rooms are run down also the pool the hallways and stairs are rundown very disgusting

I don't understand this hotel. It wants to be grand, and look to be renewing it's interior and rooms, but its grand lobby just look so sad and empty in its present state. I feel really sad for the operator. A concert was going on the day we stayed. It took a long time to check in. We were kindly given a room away from the loud concert. But this place really takes a lot of navigating to get to from the lobby, down some weird corridor space linking to annex of the building. No elevator. Very sad, cold breakfast. Middle of the night, drunk people knocking on our door talking nonsense. Last straw for Wyndham franchise for me; I have stayed at some great Wyndham places before, but it's just not synonymous to quality any more.
