Management was difficult to contact and instructions were unclear. Long dark hair left all over the apartment and not enough basic supplies left in apartment.

On arrival there is no signs. I drive 6 and a half hours and there was no one on site to meet me. Then when someone did arrive he couldn’t answer any questions. Acted like he didn’t speak English.
The shower leaked everywhere and flooded the apartment there was no one to contact. I asked for a refund as I didn’t even stay the last night and they wouldn’t give me one as I couldn’t even have a shower there. They didn’t tell me I would have to pay extra for parking. They contacted me so much before my stay was very annoying then when I got there, there’s no one there
