The guesthouse is in a god location. Easy to travel to the airport and close by a mall. Rooms were clean and the staff are very friendly. Basic needs were met. There are no hairdryers in the rooms which was a little inconvenient for me. Beautiful gardens, clean pool and lovely breakfast.

Uzuri Guesthouse is very fantastic place to spend official and holiday related mission. It is quite accessible to many services including Mall. Staff were quite friendly.

The Best experiencing is inspiring and, we left with smiles on our faces. We can only be described as a truly BRILLIANT TIME...And even to the all ladies in kitchen we really appreciate what you are doing..Keep it up and Expecially to Christine in kitchen for you extra time warming up my milk with complaints. It’s a great place to stay with family because of the family rooms, well situated and clean. The mosquito situation though, i think maybe have mosquito nets and some insects traps in the rooms. Overall we loved our stay there and would definitely recommend it

My stay at the hotel was unfortunately marred by a disappointing experience and left me with anger. Despite booking through their website and having a confirmation email, upon arrival, I was informed they had no record of my reservation. Despite showing the email, the owner conveyed an inability to assist. She with an arrogant tone of voice said that nothing she could do about it. Moreover, despite arriving early and witnessing empty rooms being cleaned, I was told all rooms were occupied. The owner lied on my face because I saw empty ones and cleaners at work cleaning the rooms. It added further frustration and made the situation even more upsetting. It's disheartening when a place doesn't honor their bookings and doesn't take responsibility for their mistakes. I traveled to more than 120 countries and I have never witnessed this kind of arrogance, the treatment of a guest, and the behavior of the owner. Avoid all costs.
