Lovely manager, Pamela, who gave a personal welcome and send off. Accommodated our requests. The decor was tasteful and amenities new. Provided a good range of in room beverages. Loved the skylight above the bath.

A very cozy family hotel with an excellent location. It is within walking distance to Bowness and the cruise pier. Although I only stayed in Windermere for one night this time, I still thoroughly enjoyed it. Their English breakfast is beyond praise😋

I stayed in six hotels or B&Bs during this trip to the UK, and this one was the most satisfactory. The location is very convenient, the room facilities are very complete, the layout is very warm, and the breakfast is also very good.

酒店位置雖然不靠湖，但在温德米爾小鎮和Bowness中間，基本步行10-15分鐘能到湖邊乘船，彼得兔的世界離的最近。房間寬大整潔，衞生間是此次英國行七個城市訂的酒店中最大的一間，房間佈置很温馨，櫥櫃非常大，有好多衣架適合放很多衣服。老闆的父親是香港人，每天早上跟我們聊天推薦我們旅遊路線，非常熱情。早餐也非常豐富，在暑假旺季這個價己經非常reasonable了。

整個house都非常美，房間乾淨整潔，服務親切用心，太棒了！非常推薦！

賓館體驗感超好。首先，交通方便，下了火車步行10分鐘左右即到，去鮑內絲鎮乘船也衹需步行10多分鐘，還有公交車可乘。其次，賓館周邊環境優雅，房間非常清潔，管家和藹可親，手工茶點很可口，西式早餐現點現做，質量上乘。總之，這是一家用心經營的賓館，值得推薦。

很温馨的家庭旅館，早餐都是單點單做的，距離鎮中心和碼頭都不算遠，停車位充足，美中不足：臨街主路，有點吵；窗簾有點拉不嚴，很早就亮了

環境優美，距離湖區和小鎮距離都不遠，服務棒棒噠

Wow what can I say! We booked this just the week before and we were blown away its was a great find. We arrived early to make the most of the day and the lovely lady that was cleaning the room said she would get it finished so we could get settled in before heading out. We were met by Pamela who gave us the keys and explained everything to us (breakfast, parking, leisure centre etc) asked if we would like a drink while waiting. The room was ready and it was absolutely beautiful , spotlessly clean, and included everything you could think of (from glasses and cups to handwash, shower gel, body lotion) . We went off out for the day and returned to chill with a couple of drinks before bed (our son had to have a bath which he said was amazing ) the tv was a smart tv and our son even had his own tv in his part of the room! We slept soundly, breakfast was beautiful all the staff so lovely and friendly. Would highly recommend this to anyone, we will definitely be back thank you.

This Hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed in. We went for our wedding anniversary and couldn't have picked a better hotel. Our friendly greeting from Pam our hostess with hand made shortbread and tea. The room was on the first floor and was super clean and tidy. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was very impressive. It had graffiti tiles which made the bathroom look modern and funky. The breakfast was the best we have ever had hot, delicious and the staff are so friendly. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Perfect position in between windermere and bowness. Walking distance between both.

What can I say? From start to finish this place is incredible! Pam greeted us with tea and homemade shortbread. The room was beautiful, light and airy with a balcony to sit out on The en suite was to die for with beautiful fittings and accessories. Plenty of car parking space, space to sit out if the weather is kind. Breakfast was scrummy with a good choice and plenty of it. All the staff were wonderful, very help full. Lovely place to stay, I booked last minute, this place offers everything you need, a warm welcome with a smile, great central location, clean, comfy and the best breakfast. We stayed for one night (we were attending a wedding in the area the next day), greated by Pam, offered us a brew and homemade biscuits, didn't feel rushed, then showed us to our room. It was spacious and clean. Pam gave us a some local information, and then let us be, but she was on hand if we needed anything. The room had everything we needed (kettle, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sugar, milk, biscuits, bottle of water in the fridge) , hairdryer, bath robes, plenty of plug sockets etc. The breakfast next morning was plentyful and cooked fresh to order, plenty of choice. Will definitely be back.Thank you to Pam and the team .
