What a great time we had at Windermere and Westbury house even though it rained and what a great stay at this fabulous b and b the room we had (room 3) was very spacious and clean and comfortable and the breakfasts are 10/10 beautiful I couldn’t recommend this b and b enough if you’re visiting Windermere the hosts Jo and Alan were great will definitely visit Windermere again and definitely stay here thanks for a great stay Jo and Alan look forward to seeing you again

Jo was a fantastic host. The superb breakfast certainly set you up for the day. The room was very spacious, the bed was very comfy & overlooked the park at the front. There was on street parking, if no spaces, the car park was across the road. The B & B is ideally located, with the bus stop at the end of the road & the train station about 5/10 minute walk. Would definitely recommend a stay here & we will certainly be back again when we are next in Windermere. Thanks again Jo.

Jo & Alan were fantastic hosts! Lovely breakfast, Jo couldn't do enough for us! Nothing was ever too much for her! :) The rooms were lovely, nice & clean. Good selection of tea coffee ect. Great little b&b in a beautiful area. Parking was fab, right outside the b&b. Would definitely return! Thankyou for having us xx

Nice single room. Breakfast amazing. And double bed in single room 👍🏼 jo the host was really friendly but not intrusive. Really made my holiday with advice about things to do during my stay. Price was great. And if your thinking that because price is good then its budget standard then think again. Was a great standard of accommodation, food and service. Highly recommend.

Fantastic B and B which helped to make our first stay in Windermere a pleasant one! Rooms were well equipped and clean. Bed was comfortable and Jo was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was delicious too! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a hassle free pleasant stay in Windermere.

This is a great place to stay. Owner extremely helpful. We needed to get laundry done and husband had caught a cold on our journeys. First night recommended an excellent restaurant. Would certainly stay again if we return to the area. Just note that the bathroom shower is very small.

My daughter stayed at this b and b and she couldn’t have been treated with more care and consideration. She is young and not very street wise, yet the owners cared for her like she was their own. The room was beautiful and so spotless! Absolutely beautiful. Every day the room was serviced to a high degree. I just want to say thank you to these lovely people that cared for a young uni student. I am a fussy person but I would recommend this accommodation to anyone.

This is a great little guest house in a great location. Handy for whatever you’re getting up to in Windermere. The hotel is spotless and has all the facilities you need. Breakfast was delicious and me being veggie was no issue. Jo is lovely and nothing is too much trouble. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m staying in the area.

Jo was very welcoming. She was very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Our cosy room was clean and comfortable with plenty of storage space. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was superb. I would definitely recommend this very friendly hotel and if in the area again, which incidentally is beautiful, I would definitely stay again.
