Elim House - Adults Only

Elim House is a really beautiful place to stay. Our room was very spacious, clean and tidy. Mark greeted us as soon as we arrived and was very helpful for anything we needed. The location of the hotel is great, a very short walk to restaurants and bars and very easy to find. Plenty of parking right outside too. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Nice B&B, clean rooms. Unfortunately, quite a few stairs to climb with luggage. Bed was quite small for a double. Good tea/coffee supplies in room. Lovely garden to front but car park at back down some very steep concrete steps. Walk into centre of Bowness on windermere approx 20 mins, worse coming back as quite a steep hill.

Small hotel situated in a very quiet part of Bo’ness. Parking to the rear which was great. We stayed in the coach house which is at the side of the main hotel. The room was a very good size, immaculately clean and fresh. Beds were very comfortable. Very quiet at night too Plenty of storage to put our belongings. Nice touch with the charger hub by the bed. Bathroom has shower over bathtub and again was a good size. Mark was a great host and kept me informed right up to our visit. He replied promptly to any messages I sent. Would definitely visit again. I chose this hotel as it was for adults only. They don’t do breakfast anymore but there were plenty of eating places nearby and Mark also gave us some suggestions. More and more places just offer room only now which I understand as some mornings we weren’t ready to eat until later. Plenty and tea/coffee/etc and Mark happy to give more if needed.
