The room is very small, with no air conditioning. Sometimes the key card wouldn’t work to get into the first door to the rooms. The hygiene is only so-so as the bathrooms were quite dirty. Otherwise, the location is great as the train station is just across the street. However, this brings a lot of noise to the room. The staff members were really friendly and the service was quick.

I chose this hotel during my visit to London and it was very close to Raynes Park station. Its facilities are great, the bed is soft, the staff are very welcoming and the breakfast it served is lovely. The only shortcoming is that it doesn't provide 24 hour heating so it gets a little bit chilly in the evenings.

It is a good hotel without any particular fault.
However, they only provide 30 minutes of Wi-Fi and tell you to pay GBP3 to buy it if you need it.
No matter how little it is, I still feel bad. I'd rather spend that money on hotel fees in advance.
