I came into town for the Darden HS reunion with my parents.  Lots of confusion with the rooms but Shundale took care of everything.  So happy that she was there with a cool head and a listening ear.  Our stay was great!  Enjoyed the quiet room and the daily breakfast. The staff was very attentive. I just wish that the pool was open, the water looked nice. I've been coming to this hotel since I was a teenager and I cannot wait to visit again!  Thanks Shundale!

I am a travel nurse starting a contract at a local hospital. Long story short, I couldn’t stay due to how DIRTY the place was. The tub had hair in the jets. My pillows had hair(3/4 of the pillows). The door and bathroom door were absolutely awful. I got to go and check on another jetted tub suite and it also had hair. The front desk lady also was with me and she saw the hair as well. The third room had hair on the comforter. PLEASE don’t waste your time or money. I ended up having to repack and had to go to another hotel which was clean and the staff was wonderful (Fairfield Hotel). It was pouring rain too. Very bad experience. I even went to store for bathroom Clorox clean up, but it wasn’t until later that I noticed all the hair on the bed and pillows. $500+ (even though they voided my reservation and I’m waiting for refund.) To add on, I had already driven 7 hrs to get to this hotel. I had to start working the very next morning.

The rooms were clean and met all our needs. The manager TDvBarrett made sure we lacked for nothing. Shundale Stokes took care of our everyday needs from the front desk. The breakfast bar was a nice treat. It got us started and on our way.
