Gorgeous B&B. Great weekly rate. Close to historic downtown Wilmington. Staff were very professional, friendly and accommodating. Bedroom was beautiful and the bed was super comfy. Delicious breakfast at their sister property. Can’t wait to return once their restaurant is up and running!

Had a family emergency that required an overnight near hospital. Chose this place at random and it was beyond amazing. The location to all the must see places in the historic district is perfect. Just a quick walk to Front Street but away from the hustle. The rooms are large and newly renovated. The on site bar/restaurant was s bonus. Prefer these types of accommodations as opposed to chain hotels. Highly recommend to anyone visiting historic Wilmington

The current reviews are correct, the inn has gone through a wonderful renovation. We stayed at the inn several months ago and then recently. The first time we visited, we were impressed, construction was not finished, the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Our second stay in the inn was for new years and we were disappointed, hoping that the inn had moved forward towards being finished. Unfortunately, we were met with the lobby in disarray, staff not present and amenities far and few. We staid in the third floor Crow Suite, ladders and tools were scattered in the upstairs parlor. Boxes of supplies were left and not stored away. There were air fresheners and other devices sitting on the floor in front of guest rooms in a tangled mess. During the stay, even on New years eve and day, staff was not present, the amenities presented were 6oz. canned drinks and stale cookies. The inn has tremendous potential, however someone needs to figure out how to manage the inn and make the interior neat, impressive and first class.

The Graystone Inn was recently renovated and it’s lovely and comfortable. It’s centrally located to shops and restaurants in downtown Wilmington. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We’d definitely stay there again.
