This property was close to the concert venue, which is why we were there. It was great to be able to walk to the venue. It also had a great little shopping area down the street. The staff were super nice, the room was clean. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast but overall good.

The elevator was out of service and staying on the 3rd floor having to climb stairs at my level of medical issues really ******. The room, while had a great view, definitely needed a revamp with painting, caulking, etc.

Great location in Downtown Wilmington with nice river views. Staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast was actually really nice! With that, the floor in our room was very dirty and the beds were not comfortable. The drain in the shower barely worked and there was rust in the tub. We asked for housekeeping to clean our room one of the days and they never came.

Lovely stay. Clean room with everything needed. Comfortable and great view over the Cape Fear river. Breakfast has everything needed. Parking was $15 a night but right in front of the hotel.

Paid for parking on property and not being able to find a spot in the evening. Come to find out, they have 52 rooms but only 30 spots available

The elovator was down the whole time we were there. The rooms are basically a bedroom and a bathroom with a old noisy ac unit

Went for 1 night to see concert. Checked in, room on 4th floor and elevator out of service.
