My wife and I chose this for a weekend getaway and couldn't have picked better. The location is right at the entrance to whiteface mountain with several places to eat and shop within walking distance. There is construction going on during the daytime as they continue to renovate parts of the property. What they have done already is excellent bright and comfortable. Bed is one of the most comfortable I have been in in a long time. Above all else, the staff was fabulous! Every one of them was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay there again if we were going to that area.

We were invited to an event nearby and decided to make it into a mini getaway. Booked this establishment at pretty short notice and were pleasantly surprised. Comfortable King bed, quiet room, super clean. Very nice and helpful host (Keith) who recommended activities and dinner spots. Great location right near Whiteface Mountain with many recreational options - would definitely stay again.

This recently renovated hotel is a gem, perfectly located near both Lake Placid (12 minutes) and Whiteface (5 minutes). The modern upgrades provide a comfortable and cozy stay, while the kind, attentive, and accessible manager (Keith) who goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcome (including upgrading our room, helping us make reservations for dinner and offering rides). A fantastic choice for convenience and excellent service!

This is a beautiful property. The rooms are lovely, beds are comfortable, bathroom is great, grounds are very nice, and breakfast is delicious. But it is Keith, Jenn, and staff that make this place so special. It feels like you are an honored guest in a place they have created for you. Their kindness, consideration, and the sense of joy they bring to their jobs make staying here a truly wonderful experience.

Keith and Amy are wonderful people and hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Lodge. 5 minutes to Whiteface. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Will definitely be back!
