Another EXCELLENT stay at the TownePlace Suites Dayton Wilmington! Everyone at the hotel with whom we interacted: front desk - Theresa, Tracy, Angie, Megan and Gwyn, breakfast area - John, housekeeping - Becky and her staff, are AMAZING! Everyone is very friendly, courteous and helpful. There is always someone at the front desk to answer any questions and concerns we have. John is always keeping the breakfast area fully stocked and neat. Becky and her staff do a great job cleaning the room and replenishing any supplies that are needed. The outdoor area, lobby and halls are spotless. The room is very comfortable, clean and quiet. Good working refrigerator and microwave. No problems at all with hot water or water pressure in the bathroom. All in all a WONDERFUL stay and we look forward to our return next month!

Horrible experience in this 1 star hotel! Front desk lady was very, Very rude!!!!! Had power outage when we arrived and she didn’t even let us cancel booking to change hotels that had power! No consideration for their customers safety or wellbeing! Just wanted their money!!!!! Please don’t give your hard earned money to such horrible people!!!!! We, You deserve better!!!!! Absolutely nothing to do in this area either!!!!!!! We felt like we were stuck in a back woods apocalyptic nightmare!!!

We stayed in a room with a "sofa pullout" bed and it was terrible. Its not a real sofa pull out. The back of the couch flips down and you sleep on the back. There is no mattress or cushion. When I called and inquired at the front desk she was rude and argued with me. Then came up to help us and said the couch is Marriott standard and I shouldn't have booked online. If I would have called and booked she would have told me not too book the room. Then the next morning at breakfast the associate there was complaining about other guests leaving a mess to me. But the area to leave your plates is hidden around a corner. Overall I would not suggest anyone stay here. I hope these sofas are not truly Marriott standard.
