太太液池边未央明Hotel facilities are very new, but the front desk white woman I met when I checked in was the worst one I have encountered in the United States for so many years. I was ignorant and arrogant. I took the initiative to find trouble. Ctrip booked a room for the actual occupant. I can register with my old lady's passport name for the room I booked for our old lady, and then this white woman doesn't want to register with the ID with a photo and address. I said no, she just squinted. Then check-in must be guaranteed with the old lady's credit card, otherwise you can't stay. The old lady didn't have a credit card, I asked her what to do, and then what responsibility was **. For so many years, I have lived in dozens of American hotels, and I have seen dozens of hotel front desks, so I count her **!

GGuest UserSome of the furniture decorations in the room have been updated, the bathtub is a bit old, and the others are very satisfied, because the price is very favorable for breakfast, although the breakfast is very small, but the furnishings are very neat and clean.
