The hotel facilities are very new, but the white lady at the front desk who I met when checking in was the worst I have ever met in the United States. She was ignorant, arrogant, and took the initiative to cause trouble for others. Ctrip requires the actual person staying in the room to register. The room I booked for our old lady can only be registered in the name of my old lady's passport, and this white lady didn't want to register with a passport, but required an ID with a photo and address. I said I didn't have one, and she kept grumbling. Then the old lady's credit card must be used as a guarantee for check-in, otherwise she couldn't check in. The old lady didn't have a credit card, so I asked her what to do, and then she kept talking about how the responsibility was hers. Over the years, I have stayed in dozens of American hotels and met dozens of hotel front desks, and she is the worst!
