Labor Day weekend and our first hotel we booked was booked in the wrong state. Super late at night and we stopped here. Booked a room without seeing it. FIRST MISTAKE!!! Went in the back door where it instantly smelled like no other. Got to our room and it smelled even worse. Mold everywhere, bugs in the bed, hair all over the bathroom floor, carpet was completely nasty, stuff all over the tables. Told the front desk how bad it was and their response was we was there an hour and they wouldn’t refund us. We just got there when we was told this. I’m very displeased and they nasty place needs shut down!!!!!

Horrible!! The place smelled so bad my kids were coughing after 15 minutes in the room. The exterior doors are broken. It is dirty. Bugs! We found another place to stay. There is no way I would keep my family in this hotel overnight.

The sheets had fresh stains and clearly were not changed. Cigarette ashes on the side tables. The room smelled awful. Stains and splatters on the wall of god knows what. We didn’t even end up staying. Just turned around and left. So bad.

Room was absolutely filthy. Mold all over the fridge, dirty microwave, stained mattress, hair all over the bathroom. There were beer cans behind the dresser along with dried up bugs in the dresser drawers. Lifted up the couch cushions to find used napkins, food crumbs, hair, and other garbage. All around dirt and grime everywhere. Not to mention the SMELL. Was absolutely overbearing. Smelled like mold and cigs. Refused to stay here because the condition of the room couldn’t be fixed. Ended up getting a refund. I’d rather sleep in my car then here. The health depar**ent needs to take a look at this place and shut it down.

No pride seems taken in operating this hotel. Dirty room. Filthy fridge. Sagging mattress. Even with staffing shortages during COVID, I have a hard time imaging it had to be this way. Avoid if at all possible.
