SpringHill Suites Mt. Laurel Cherry Hill

Everything was great except I booked the hotel for the heated pool. I called a head to make sure the pool was up and running prior to paying. I was in NJ for my Grandmother funeral and my kids Great Grandmother. I wanted the pool to take their minds off the funeral or at least ease it. I also wanted it to have something for the kids to do. The pool was open when I arrived by the time I went to Walmart and came back they closed the pool and told me it should be open tomorrow but it wasn’t because of chlorine levels or something and told me they updated me once open. I got a call later Friday saying the pool be closed until Monday and I booked Thursday - Monday. They offered me to extend my check out to swim on Monday glad I didn’t do that because it was still closed when I left. They offered me to take my kids to a sister hotel 30 min away from the hotel. I wish I could have just went to that hotel to stay since they had all the same luxury. The last offer was to refund me a full night so I took that offer, but my kids where still upset about the pool and I ended up spend triple to find activities for my kids to do to replace the pool. Yes there is a gym, but don’t want my kids in the way of someone’s work out and it’s not a playground or pool they could get seriously hurt. The breakfast options where great, cleanliness great, staff great, cleaning staff slow to respond, but still great.

The staff and hotel were excellent. The room was great. The beds and pillow were hard and uncomfortable.

Nice and clean room. Bathroom wallpaper in corner of toilet was peeling off. Other than that nice property and wonderful staff.

My family and I stayed here for one-night before a flight home from Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). The hotel was clean, comfortable, staffed by friendly people, and there were restaurants nearby for dinner. Could you want more in a hotel? PHL is only about a 15 minute drive, so quite convenient to PHL.

We had an incredible time! We stayed the few days before and on Christmas this year, the staff was all so friendly and welcoming, we waited too long to Christmas shop and were centrally located to all the best shopping centers locally and got everything done in no time! We’re definitely putting this at the top of our list again next year for the holidays!

Staff was remarkably polite, friendly, and accommodating. Look forward to staying here again in the future.

Given the price I expected much less. Everything was up to date and well kept. Most importantly the room was spotless. My only complaint was the sheet did not stay on the bed. Several times I had to adjust it in the night.
