A really fantastic Hotel Exceptional service Comfortable room with superb air conditioning Sleep well beds Bathroom clean tidy & we enjoyed the products left for us to use The restaurant was excellent Choice of dishes & quality of food top notch All the staff were helpful attentive kind & extremely lovely Highly recommend

Great place
Great hotel with great staff. Very friendly and attended staff always smiling. The rooms are nice and clean. The beds unfortunately have memory foam madrasses wich are not good for my back. Otherwise fantastic place with fantastic staff. The restaurant is also great with great quality food. Great value.

I stay at Ramshof quite often for business. All the staff (hotel and restaurant) is very kind and the quality of the restaurant is very high. I am Italian so, you know, we are picky eaters but in this place you can always find good dishes. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, there is no minibar.

Hotel: ruhig, Doppelzimmer sehr klein, Möblierung außer Bett und Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, 1 Sessel, 1 Stuhl, (etwas abgewohnt), Fernsehgerät - für ein Viersternehaus spärlich. Keine Kühlbox / Minibar vorhanden. Bad im Designerstil, aber unpraktisch, da kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten auch in der Dusche vorhanden, besonders unpraktisch die massive Bedienungsarmatur der Regendusche, weil genau in Kopfhöhe. Klimaanlage funktioniert. Sauberkeit des Zimmers und der Wäsche in Ordnung. Frühstücksbüffet gut und reichhaltig, keine Wünsche bleiben offen. Restaurant: übersichtliche Speisekarte, große Weinauswahl, Qualität der Speisen gut, freundlicher Service, schlechte Raumakkustik, bei voll besetzter Räumlichkeit zu Laut

Ein wunderschöner Abend im Turmzimmer ❤️ Danke, für die tolle Idee und den zauberhaften Service der jungen Mitarbeiterin ❣️ Das Essen war wie immer ein Gedicht und durch die private Atmosphäre, war es ein rundum gelungener Abend ❣️ Die Übernachtung hat meinem Onkel / meiner Tante auch wieder sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück, am nächsten Morgen, war auch wieder perfekt ( nur ein wenig zu früh 🥱 ) Auf sehr bald 👋🏼

Das Gute zuerst: das Abendessen war klasse. Haben zwar ca. 90 Min. darauf warten müssen. aber es hat allen geschmeckt. Frühstücksbuffet war auch gut. Nette Bedienung. Das Schlechte: ich hatte das Zimmer 301. Es hat die Größe einer Abstellkammer mit alten Möbeln! Das Bett klein mit durchgelegener Matratze. Am nächsten Morgen völlig unausgeschlafen mit derben Rückenschmerzen aufgewacht. Es war heiß und stickig. Das Bad: unfassbar! Waschbecken unglaublich klein! Kein Duschvorhang. Licht defekt. Auf Geschäftsreisen habe ich bereits in hunderten Hotels geschlafen. SOETWAS wie hier habe ich noch NIE erlebt! Anscheinend gibt es auch renovierte Zimmer. Ich würde dem Zimmerstandard einen einzigen Stern geben!
