"Great place to stay. Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. So many places to eat nearby. People at the desk were very nice and helpful. Could not hear any noise next door or above and was able to sleep good."
"The room is large and the environment is very good. A unit has two floors. There are four rooms on each floor. There is a separate laundry room. All the rooms are fully equipped. The apartment is equipped. The rabbits run around on the grass. The check-out time is too early. 10 am."

"Luxury hotel, the price is a little lower, but you can still live if you don't care about the money. The hotel has a golf course, coach teaching, and the restaurant is also very good. It is recommended to stay at least two nights if you want to live, otherwise the time is too short and the experience is incomplete."
"Hotel location is good, the environment is beautiful. It is located in the historical and cultural reserve of Williamsburg, very close to William and Mary College and less than 10 minutes by car. The room is large and the view from the window is picturesque. Thumbs up!"

"Convenient transportation, excellent location, good breakfast, parking lot, staying at this hotel for the next trip, the hotel is very convenient to watch the performance in the historic attraction area of Williamsburg"
"It is a unique B & B, of course I have not lived in other local B & B. It's an old building, and it's great to take photos inside and out ... It's a small restaurant living room, just like home. Come back every night to sit in the living room and turn down the newspaper ... The breakfast is exquisite and delicious. .. free small bottle of water, hot tea and coffee, chocolate chip pretzel ... the host chats with all guests every morning, sees different guests, and instantly knows who has a few children, what is it now or before retirement What are you doing haha, very interesting, a few small tables, like sitting in their own restaurant. The rooms are a bit small, and some have no TV."

Great
JJeni and DavidFront desk was nice lobby and room was nice and clean. We were there for my sons graduation from AIT. This hotel was like 10 minutes to get to base and easy to get to. We stayed one night so didnt get to use many of the amenities but highly recommend the stay. On our way back to room we stopped and got pizza and forgot plates. Called the front desk and they had some for us to use. Check in and out was easy
GGuest UserBooked at a discount but still about $250 per night, plus parking. Very disappointing. Room was clean but more at a Motel 6 level. No bedspread or extra blanket, uninspired b/w sketches on the walls, no ”Colonial Williamsburg” ambiance, defective TV remote, cramped bathroom with no tub, carpet that appeared threadbare, and no housekeeping until 3pm. Reasonable if under a hundred a night but at the prices charged? Avoid, avoid, avoid.

GGuest UserThe hotel was great, the room was nice n clean, had air conditioning and plenty of room. I loved the shower and the breakfast was really good and offered a variety to choose from. Not only had coffee in my room but coffee all day long in the lobby.
BBE ABROADABLE - Nat the ExpatThis hotel is PERFECT for budget travelers!
I’m always so scared when I book hotels on the cheaper side of the spectrum in an area, because I just can’t relax in a place that doesn’t feel clean or safe.
Our hotel room was EXTREMELY clean, and the carpets looked brand new! The bed wasn’t amazing, but for the price it was definitely good enough!
The area also felt pretty safe, and the hotels have a very secure flip-lock on the doors (one of the safest kinds of door locks out there!) As a female traveler, I would have felt very safe traveling solo here.
The breakfast has fresh waffles, eggs and sausage, and plenty of pastries/toast/bagels. There’s also yogurt, fruit, cereal, and a coffee/tea bar. It’s not too fancy, but for a budget traveler, it’s perfect.
It’s a 10 minute walk to a grocery store and nearby shops. Less than 5 minutes drive to the Colonial Williamsburg Visitors Center.
We’d totally stay again. It checked all the boxes, and wonderfully so for the price point!
Llucy-lindaConvenient transportation, excellent location, good breakfast, parking lot, next time I stay at this hotel, opposite the hotel is hertz car rental company, shopping around
WWilliamsIt was fine for us the location was great for the activities we had planned. The only thing we were disappointed about was the pool and fitness center was closed.

Otherwise clean rooms and pleasant accommodations. We will stay again.we had Christmas there and it felt very much like home away from home. Our kids in front on Christmas Eve.
