I prefer to select the most historical accommodation whenever we travel. The Williamsburg Inn is the highest level of stay, and located in the middle of Colonial Williamsburg. Easy walk - or the bellman will drive you if needed! We were surprised and delighted to have flowers, champagne, and gifts sent to our room, compliments of the hotel manager!

Had such a delay bin checking in to the Inn it sidetracked all we had planned. Changed dinner plans and didn’t get to take in any of the inns offerings. Value for experience is absurd. Attempted to receive service at check out in hopes of giving the inn another opportunity….that was over a week ago and have yet to receive a response. I’m local and have lived in the Burg for years…thankful the town has so many other offerings to choose.

Truly a beautiful property with every attention to detail and impeccable service- drawback was food service- dinner issues which clearly relate to the kitchen- long delay on service snd meals lukewarm- two sent back and another long delay- the issue was dealt with by superb staff with discount- but basically ruined a well planned celebration- the next morning we were told there was half hour wait for breakfast- at these prices- inexcusable!

Simply amazing hotel with such luxury. The hotel staff were incredible and extremely helpful. The room was beautiful with such luxurious touches. From the bathrobes to the slippers by your bed at night to the nightly turn down service with the thoughtful luxurious night cap and different presidential quotes; so nice! What a touch!!!

If you go to Williamsburg you really should stay at the Williamsburg Inn. It is truly an icon in the area. As they say, "fit for a Queen" and oh yes, she Queen Elizabeth did stay there. The gorgeous flower arrangements alone make the trip worthwhile. Plus you don't have to leave the campus to eat. The Rockefeller Room was one of the best meals that I have had in a long time.

Love it here, Staff were extraordinary! Hotel was beautiful! It was a fabulous experience, but you need more than 2 or 3 days to see and experience it all!

Williamsburg Inn is a luxury hotel experience not to be missed. The place is absolutely gorgeous, and everything is well-attended to. They've taken pains to keep the place in accurate historical condition while maintaining luxuriousness. Do yourself a favor: spend the extra money & stay here. You will not regret it.
