We came here for our honeymoon, the owners Debbie and John were awesome!!! The stay was great and the breakfast was pretty dang good as well. The room was cleaned daily and were quick on our needs if we ever needed anything. The fact that we had the chance to meet people during breakfast and wine/snack time was an awesome experience. One thing I liked were the little notes around the B&B. You definitely knew what not to do to keep yourself from getting in trouble lol. I have no negative things to put in this review because the stay was so awesome!!! The owners are very kind and are great at what they do. My wife and I will definitely be back.

This is a lovely inn that celebrates the American spirit. We loved the patriotism exhibited throughout the inn. We were warmly welcomed and the breakfast was fantastic ! We stayed in the west wing @ Reagan’s room and loved all pictures of his life

My wife and I stayed here this past weekend. No particular special occasion, just a weekend getaway for two overworked people. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Shannon, who showed us around, and gave us the rundown. She told us the owners were away for the weekend, and she would be our host, and let us know how to get in touch with her if needed. The room was fantastic. It was a wonderful place to retreat to and relax. Comfortable chairs, nice bed, wonderful shower (no bath tub in this room, but we don't make use of one when one's available anyways) quiet, relaxing, exactly what we wanted out of the weekend. We spent some time sitting out in the garden early mornings and evenings, and even that was peaceful (moreso than one would expect being so close to a main road, it was really nice). My wife has Celiacs, and Shannon was able to accommodate that both mornings with wonderful breakfasts. If you're there on a day they have the crustless quiche, count yourself lucky, it was absolutely delicious. Shannon was a wonderful host for our weekend, incredibly helpful, always smiling, and very pleasant. All in all, the Inn was a great choice for our weekend, and I'd stay here again if a room is available.

Lovely house and suite decor on Theme” - presidents . However suite lacked amenities - no robes , 2 very small glasses in room , no dryer and room very cold . Food and beverages - mediocre . Breakfast -cereal as second choice ?? . One type of wine for “ happy hour and inexpensive - don’t expect too notch but sometime better and more than one type and cookies as only treat ?? Expected more as suppose to be # 1 . Disappointed .

We were celebrating our 30th anniversary and had a wonderful time. The Adams room was beautifully decorated. The bed comfortable. It was quiet. Breakfast was wonderful and filling. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed visiting with other guests at breakfast.

The BEST Bed & Breakfast around You will not meet a couple better than John & Debbie si WELCOMING the breakfast each morning was delicious and made with love for their guests Our room was adorable clean all the time And wine time was great you get to sit and chat with the other guests would definitely recommend this place wouldn’t stay anywhere else when we go back

Rooms very comfortable with period furniture Common areas of the house and grounds were beautiful Colonial Williamsburg and Merchant Square were within walking distance Numerous other historic sites, Restaurants and shopping nearby
