Generally speaking a decent place. The rooms on the second floor seem to be of a higher quality than the rooms on the first level.

Blood stained mattress
Spider in sink
Couch felt sticky
One of us sat in the upholstered chair and got up with a bug bite where his bare skin touched it
Alternative room offered was not much better
Huge blood stain on sidewalk by room
Clean bathrooms

The hotel is probably what you would expect for what you pay. Spills and stains in not so obvious places. Trash behind the bed. Otherwise tidy. No bells and whistles. Front desk was kind and courteous.

Needs upgraded some
Love the idea for a family you can do the suit. However need new mattresses for the beds as well as the pull-out couch. Also need to offer roll out beds for extra teens that do not want to sleep together. Also needs breakfast option

Hotel was fine but room was very dirty. Bathroom was not clean, visible "stuff" on bathroom counter.

I know this is a budget friendly hotel but it was not clean. Trash from prior folks still in room, hair on counter and sink. Carpet felt damp. Bed had grass in it.
