If you’re expecting the usual Marriott standard, you won’t get that here. Our room smelled so badly of mildew and was musty. Even with housekeeping coming every other day, the day they did come, the only thing they did was make the bed and give us towels. They left the trash sitting there for 4 days, didn’t even bother restocking our coffee bar, and there were trash cans lining the hallways from other guests needing them to be emptied. The breakfast attendant was being harassed by guests because inventory was extremely low and they ran out of most breakfast items each morning. There was only one visible nighttime front desk person trying to manage multiple requests at once, which was not her fault, but left a lot of frustrated guests. For the amount of money we paid, I expected way better from this brand and would have rather stayed at a competing hotel.
