Comfortable, reasonable, only complaint is no hot water! I let it run for almost 5 minutes and the best I got was barely warmish ..nice to hear the birds singing outside., bed is comfortable .older, quite quiet residential neighborhood, I don’t like the check in window…hard to see or hear who you’re talking to..doesn’t feel welcoming. …as if the person behind the glass is afraid you’ll attack….uncomfortable feeling

Staff were personable, gave us a dinner recommendation for the Williams Chinese Restaurant and the food was delicious!! Room and restroom were clean. Bed was comfy! We made a reservation for our way back home at the end of our trip!!

Adequate room, noisy heater. not enough towels, blankets and cups, parking is good (convenient-back right next to room door)

Several annoying Flies in the room, lawn where we took our dogs to potty/poop was full of poop, hard to not step in it, took several minutes for water to get hot (which is a waste of a lot of water), it’s just run down, old gross carpet, needs updated badly

The staff was accommodating and friendly. Their room was cleaned, and the bed was incredibly soft and comfortable.

The owner actually takes time to read our reviews and is more then willing to respond to any discrepancies immediately. He truly wants this to be a five star experience and this place does that easily. Wifi was fast, the shower was a 10 out of 10 good and the AC system actually shut down at the set temperature which never seems to happen in other motels. I'll definitely stay here again and bring friends the next time. If you have an issue let them know about it immediately.

This is a nice place in the central valley. The room I had was spotless and the staff was very nice. My only complaints were a painfully slow wifi and the show water flow out of the head was very weak. Could hardly get the shampoo out of my hair. I'll be back here in a few days and I'll ask for a newer room if they have one and then balance that review.

The trip in all honesty was super comfortable, and the host made it super easy for me to come in and check in, he is super friendly and professional, and will treat you exactly as some way that you treat him. The rooms themselves are very comfortable and they’re very sleek. The bathrooms for one are extremely clean and something that I can definitely appreciate and not to mention the comfortable and quiet bed. The AC is pretty good too.

OK, it was inexpensive and they didn't charge us for early check-in. The place is tired. The bathroom was a sauna in to 108 temp. They seem to be trying to keep it going, and for the price, a decent place to stay for a night.

Very nice people and east check in. Perfect for a good nights sleep on a road trip.

Room was a bit rustic but very clean. Bed was comfy. Great value for the accommodation.

The staff is pleasant. and the location is excellent. This is a good halfway point berween LA and Portland.

Central location made it so easy to get to shopping and restaurants. Staff was eager to recommend local places of interest. SO quiet even though it was two blocks from Interstate 5. We would definitely stay there again!
