Lovely hotel I think the rooms are little over priced. We meet at the door and receptionist and person that help is us our bags both great and very friendly. We got upgraded to room 36 which was lovely with lounge area and bathroom with shower and bath. The mini bar included in the room rate which is a nice touch. The room was quiet and film and comfortable We quickly used the spa on arrival we couldn’t use after check out. The out door hob tub is lovely and the thermal room with snow shower a little different We eat at mo which was enjoyable and interesting experience the downside was some of the course where cold by the time we eat them and the wine flight potions where on the small side. Couple of changes and this would an amazing

Perfect stay, food was amazing! The staff couldn’t do anymore for you. My only criticism is the spa area; not enough loungers around the pool and we witnessed several people searching for beds and having to walk out. Also there were old wet towels left on the beds for long periods of time. It would have been nice to see spa staff be more present and tidy up the pool area. We will be back! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Stayed at Dormy house for our anniversary for 2 nights Very enjoyable Lovely location Impeccable decor and furnishings Friendly and attentive service Nice compact spa - liked the stainless steel hot tub and lap pool (I think slightly saline so belt very buoyant. My wife had a wonderful facial, my massage was relaxing Didn’t realise there was a gym, didn’t have time to use it but well equipped We stayed in the Hideaway Suite Nice lounge area Bedroom not big enough to accommodate a super king (which was super comfy - way too many pillows though, why do hotels do that these days, as they just end up on the floor?) AC struggled a bit on the first night so not the best nights sleep Fab shower, nice toiletries, horrid loo roll! Breakfast excellent, Caesar salad for lunch in the spa was one of the best I’ve ever had I’ve reviewed Mo (chefs table) and the Back Garden restaurants separately - in short, the former was great, the latter (for me) was just ok I would happily return for the hotel and Mo, would perhaps dine in Broadway for the other night £2.5k+ for the 2 nights plus drinks plus dinner plus spa

The most relaxing stay. Super friendly and helpful staff, ultra clean, in a quiet and quaint setting. Only niggle would be the restaurant. At dinner time, food was nice but maybe a little pricey for what it was. Wasn’t impressed with my starter, raised with the host, which wasn’t particularly dealt with in the the manner I would expect. At breakfast, bacon was served burnt and had ran out of croissants. The bacon was replaced and alternative provided for croissant but for a “premium” hotel stay, I wouldn’t expect these little mishaps. Wouldn’t stop me from coming again.

First time visitor. One of the best organised hotels i have ever visited. Professional yet relaxed service in all departments. Spotlessly clean. Excellent menu beautifully cooked and served. It has a Scandanavian feel to the decor. Would not hesitate to reccommend

Myself and daughter stayed in room 19 which was a top notch room , before coming i did email the hotel about wanting a bigger bath and to be in the main hotel , which i was told all top notch rooms are and all have amazing baths , i was slightly disappointed on a few things if im honest . . I expected a very large bath and room in the main building and got ,yes a biggish room , not overly big bathroom and its almost in the outer part of the building. The room had a complimentary mini bar and coffee etc Plenty of up to date magazines which were a very nice touch, also temple spa products to use which again was lovely The bed wasn't as big as expected but super comfy . I would recommend that room if you have a pet and plan to do alot of walking etc , we were mainly here for the spa . Now the spa .... Its very very small and far too many chairs crammed together, which was not relaxing in the slightest. I found the area untidy and very stuffy .the outside hot tub was very busy and the fire pit which was advertised on countless of sites was not working. Drinks you can have from the spa cafe were only available in plastic beaker not good when ordering wine . Maybe upgrade to wine plastic glasses to make it more luxurious feel to match the price tag. The spa facilities and changing room were good but again more than 8 feels crowded . Im very into my spa hotels and unfortunately will not recommend as a spa day or stay . The hotel was well finished, friendly, food was good and breakfast very good .if looking for good furnishings, friendly staff and a hotel with a pool this is for you .but not for a relaxing spa stay .

Beautifully decorated throughout, very friendly staff & food was Devine. Room was spacious and the Spa was exactly what was needed and then some, feeling very Zen upon departure. Highly recommend. Only minor comment would be the restaurant was rather enclosed compared to rest of the snug areas, which made it feel rather busy at times.
