Elements Hotel & Shops Curaçao

Overall good property. Clean and well kept inside. Staff and service were great. No complaints. The area surrounding the hotel has a lot to do and nice vibe. Only knock is the eye sore property next door and a few other properties. But that has nothing to do with this properly.

Place is located downtown which is a central area closed to a lot of things. Customer service was Great(Shanty, SHAEDiah, Shellie, Ray and Gelys) because we had issues with our sink, tv and shower but they did fix everything right away. Just wish the owner would just pay more attention to the little things onThe property.

Amazing customer service!! The staff were absolutely kind, welcoming and very hospitable. The rooftop drinks and food were great, along with perfect music. I'll definitely be visiting again.

Loved my stay at the hotel. The hotel was clean and the staff was super nice and helpfull. The cascada restaurants was amazing. The hotel is located in the center so you can explore different things easily. However, if you want to go west to explore the beaches, it is better to rent a car as this hotel is really far from there and expensive by taxi. The only negative thing is the noise. You can hear the noise outside the room/ the room near you but its manageable and you can still rest and sleep well.

The front desk staff was great and helped with whatever we needed. The shower in the bathroom made it impossible to keep the rest dry; they do not put a shower curtain or anything, and the toilet is literally next to the shower (10-20 cm apart, or less). When we first entered the room, the floor was covered in sand. They sent someone to vacuum, but it wasn’t until the following day that the difference was noticed. They put a sign to try to encourage towel reuse, but if we have to dry the floor/toilet every time we shower, I don’t see that happening. In the room, there isn’t a phone or anything to call the front desk, so for anything and everything, you have to go to the front desk (the staff there was extremely nice, so no complaints there). The location is great, very convenient. Our only concern was the rooftop terrace. They throw parties on top, and those who are not guests go there, so sometimes when we were returning to the hotel, there were drunk/rude people coming from the stairs/elevator, which we had to use to go to the room. We did not always feel safe, although they do have a security guard present (unfortunately, the gentleman is much older, so I would avoid relying on that too much). We would return, but we would hope they take the above remarks into consideration.

Service was phenomenal and location was very central and safe. Hotel room was clean and rooftop patio is a nice value add.

I loved the restaurants and the pool was lovely. The hotel is central and in walking distance of many bars, restaurants, coffee shops and shopping facilities. Workers were lovely and kind.

The staff are incredible esp Shediah. Our excursion got cancelled and Shediah patiently showed us how to reach Kenepa beach by public transportation. She even called the bus company to confirm the Sunday schedule. The staff at Elements Hotel is simply the best.
