The Ritz Hostel

From our first day of arrival we had problems, the room had huge cockroaches!! We requested that they change our rooms since they were putting our suitcases in, the very kind service man changed us to a superior room; However, on day 3 we found cockroaches walking around the room again and we had to cover the holes where they were hiding. We realized that the nightstands had a layer of dust and did not look clean. We decided on this hostel since it had “continental breakfast”, however, in Ec the continental breakfast contains eggs, ham or mortadella… unfortunately not here. In general my scores for this accommodation are: - room 1/5 - breakfast 2/5 - pool 5/5 Note: We only left by vehicle because at night it is a very dark place with almost no lighting, we saw people from street consuming and in order not to risk it we prefer to go out by car. The bathrooms are shared. YOU DO NOT HAVE A BATHROOM IN YOUR ROOM, but in *********'s description it mentions that you have a private bathroom, something that is not true. The internet (wifi) in the room is poor, we had to go almost to the door to be able to connect.

O hostel é muito bom e lindo. Possui jacuzis e piscina linda. Apenas o atendimento das atendentes do café da manhã deixou muito a desejar, pois faziam discriminação, pouco caso, ignoravam e restringiam o que podíamos comer.
