We absolutley loved our stay in Curacao, 3 weeks!. We stayed at Pietermaai Oasis for 9 days. Loved It! The staff was great, both at the hotel and the adjacent breakfast diner, James. A particular shout out to Dee who works the front desk. She was so kind, helpful, very professional, and goes beyond her call of duty Our room faced the street with a balcony, nice place to have a drink and watch the action on the street. The hotel is situated one one of the most picturesque, and lively streets in Pietermaai, with good resaurants (Ginger, our favorite), and good music (Mr.Porter & Mundo Bizarro) on the same street. This place is delicious: I understand that each room is unique. Mine was absolutely stunning, very spacious, stylish, and truly romantic, located in a protected building (monument) that is beautifully renovated. The location is perfect: in the most lively street of Pietermaai, with lots of restaurants & bars, and within walking distance of everything. The swimming pool is super cute, and the service, impeccable. There was a second swimming pool, also very secluded and nicely decorated, but I didn't use it that much. They also give you a lot of tips to enjoy your stay to the fullest. The owners, Dave & Axel, are super kind, and went the extra mile, exceeding my expectations.

Mit meinen Tauchbuddys war ich 8 Nächte im Pietermaai Oasis. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Daisy empfangen & da wir vor der Reise bereits unsere Dokumente geschickt haben, erhielten wir die Zimmerschlüssel im nu. Sie zeigte alle unsere 5 Zimmer & die Pool's (es gibt zwei). Mein Zimmer war das hinterste "Geel" im 1. Stock unter dem Dach, schön gross & mit einer kleinen Küche eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind sauber & mit grossem Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Das Café James grenzt unmittelbar an das Hotel, dort wird hervorragendes Frühstück & Lunch serviert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Pietermaai Oasis sehr genossen!

Ik heb voor een solo trip verbleven bij Pietermaai Oasis en heb werkelijk een héérlijk verblijf gehad! De verbouwing van de kamers zal klaar zijn want alles zag er tiptop uit en er was helemaal geen overlast meer! Ik sliep in een hele mooie kamer, alles schoon en fris, een zalig bed en airco om comfortabel te kunnen slapen. Daarnaast was er een goed uitgeruste keuken, met zelfs een koelkast én vriezer om ijs in te bewaren of een ijskoud biertje uit te drinken! Er is net naast het zwembad een nieuwe lunchroom geopend genaamd James, met de heerlijkste gerechten en drankjes, ze kwamen de kaart gewoon aan het zwembad brengen! Keuzestress; alles op de kaart lijkt heerlijk!!! Het hotel ligt heel goed gelegen, in het midden van Pietermaai. Vooral in het weekend is het een gezellige straat waar je zo de restaurants en het feestgedruis tegemoet loopt! Op steenworp afstand een paar supermarktjes, drogist en zóveel restaurants en winkels in Punda (5 min lopen). Let op; omdat het hotel in zo’n bruisende wijk gelegen is, zou ik de echte rustzoekers aanbevelen om dit bij boeking kenbaar te maken, zodat de eigenaars hier rekening mee kunnen houden bij de kamerkeuze tijdens je verblijf! Ik vond het vooral fijn dat ik alles in de stad lopend kon doen. Verder zit je midden op het eiland, dus zowel Jan Thiel als Westpunt is vanaf het hotel snel te bereiken met de auto! Bedankt voor deze onvergetelijke vakantie!
