A rod iron queen size bed with nightstand and lamp. A futon bed for lounging and sleeping with side table and lamp. A table with two chairs. Two ceiling fans. A mini split…heat and air. A white remote and holder on wall. A roku tv with Netflix. A remote in drawer next to futon couch. Separate bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.
