Island Breeze Motel

Terrible to stay. The room is not clean,even without a hairdryer.

My family and I stayed here last year and had a wonderful time the owner was amazing and very hospitable. When showing up this year I was taken back by new ownership. The check in process was a hassle, new owner was not nice or accommodating. Even with a request 2 rooms next to each other because of my elderly mother and her new manager confirming we would have our request. We didn’t get our request and were on 2 different floors in the annex building. The new owner blamed the old owner for over booking and proceeded to tell me she would refund us and we could stay somewhere else and that was the best they could for us. She also didn’t feel the need to advise guests of new ownership. After driving 3 hrs and BCMF event weekend it was impossible for us to stay anywhere else especially with a pet. Our room smelled like **** the entire time, beds were hard and we left early getting refunded for the last night but then realized we were overcharged for our stay anyway. Barely any staff onsite the whole time. Unfortunately we will not stay here again.

Outstanding! No complaints! Staff, room, location, cleanliness, owner interaction, everything was on point. We were offered a pick of rooms and we took across the street. Who place is dog friendly, owner, staff dog friendly. Steps to the boardwalk for pizza, funnel cake. Steps to dog park. We won’t book anywhere else.

The motel was close to the beach and was very tidy. It was smaller than we expected but it was nice. They were dog friendly and everyone was super nice. The manager was awesome and accommodating. The staff even help us with the grill. I would definitely vacation here again.

The most dog friendly place in Wildwood! The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable! THE ONLY PLACE IN WILDWOOD THAT DOESN’T CHARGE YOU FOR YOUR DOG!! Mark goes out of his way to make sure you’re happy! And they even offer unlimited bottled waters!

As others have said Mark and the staff at Island Breeze are the best! The hotel is clean and comfortable. Close to the beach and boardwalk. All the bottled water you can drink for free! Visited with a friend, her 2 granddaughters and 2 dogs. The girls loved the pool! Towels are provided for the pool area. We used a grill (there are 3) poolside for dinner 2 nights. Grilling utensils are provided. We stayed on the first floor in the annex across the street from the main building. Quiet and comfy. Dog park on the beach and dog beach a few blocks away. A great vacation!

Just left after a quick trip w/my son & pup. The owner Mark & everyone who works here could not have been nicer, more helpful or more hospitable. Had an issue with my dog as soon as we arrived. Mark swooped in & helped us IMMENSELY & IMMEDIATELY & saved me from a lot of aggravation my doggie would have caused. Room was super clean & comfy, pool was beautiful & the location can't be beat. Super close to the boards but still quiet & serene at the motel. Also, Mark provides free bottled water for people & doggies alike! Much appreciated! We couldn't have asked for a more relaxing & welcoming couple of days. Thank you Mark & all the staff- it was wonderful. I will definitely be back!! Would give 100 stars if I was able!

5/5 stars within context of the Jersey shore. Owner really cares about guests. This is apparent with his professional and friendly attitude, free water, and work ethic. The place is very clean. Conveniently located close to boardwalk. Stayed one night.

This was the best experience that I have ever had at wildwood by far. The hospitality was amazing by owner and staff, the room was spectacular. So clean, smelled clean, everything working properly and the attention to detail was great.Then pool was so nice. My family and I loved it. It is right next to the boardwalk so no hassle at all. The owner was just amazing and I will be coming here over and over again. 10/10
